You need an account for most activities on our platform. Keep your password somewhere safe, because you're responsible for all activity associated with your account. If you suspect someone else is using your account, contact our Support Team.
When setting up and maintaining your account, you must provide and continue to provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You have complete responsibility for your account and everything that happens on it, including any harm or damage caused by someone using your account without your permission.
You may not transfer your account to someone else or use someone else's account. If you request access to an account, we will not grant it unless you can prove you are the owner. In the event of the death of a user, that account will be closed.
You may not share login credentials. StudiLink will not intervene in disputes between people who have shared an account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account is being used without permission or if you suspect any other security breach. We may ask for information to confirm ownership.

We may restrict or terminate permission to use the platform, or ban an account, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms, unpaid fees, fraudulent chargebacks, requests from law enforcement, extended inactivity, technical issues, or suspected fraudulent or illegal activity. Upon termination we may delete your account and content and prevent further access. Some content you posted may remain available on the platform after your account is closed.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
When you enrol in a course or other content, you get a licence from us to view it via the StudiLink Services and no other use. Don't try to transfer or resell content in any way. We generally grant you a lifetime access licence, except when we must disable the content because of legal or policy reasons.
When administrators publish content on StudiLink, they grant StudiLink a licence to offer a licence to that content to users. As a user, when you use a course or other content, you are getting a licence from StudiLink to view it via the platform, and StudiLink is the licensor of record. Content is licensed, not sold, to you.
This licence does not give you any right to resell the content in any manner, including by sharing account information with a purchaser or illegally downloading and sharing files.
Lifetime access is to the course content, not to ongoing administrator teaching assistance or Q&A. Administrators may stop providing those services at any time. Administrators may not grant licences to their content to users directly; any such direct licence is void and a violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to revoke any licence if we decide or are obligated to disable access for legal or policy reasons - for example a copyright complaint, or a determination that the content violates these Terms.
You can only use StudiLink for lawful purposes. You're responsible for all content you post. Keep reviews, questions, posts, courses, and other uploads in line with these Terms and respect the intellectual property rights of others. We can ban your account for repeated or major offences. If you think someone is infringing your copyright, let us know.
Your use of the Services must comply with applicable local or national laws in your country. You are solely responsible for knowing and following those laws.
Users may ask questions of administrators and post reviews. For some content, an administrator may invite homework or tests. Don't post or submit anything that is not yours.
Administrators may submit content for publication and communicate with enrolled users. You cannot post any course, question, answer, review, or other content that violates applicable law. You are solely responsible for content and actions you take via the platform and their consequences.
If we are put on notice that your content violates the law or the rights of others, or if we believe your content or behaviour is unlawful, inappropriate, or objectionable (including impersonation), we may remove it. StudiLink complies with copyright laws.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant StudiLink a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, modify, distribute, and promote that content, including for advertising. You waive privacy and publicity rights to the extent needed for those uses. Ideas or suggestions you submit may also be used by StudiLink.
The platform is provided "as is" with no warranties. You assume all risks of use, including exposure to content you may find offensive and any physical injury that could arise from wellness or exercise-related material. StudiLink is not responsible for third-party content, links, or interactions between administrators and users. Sharing personal information is at your own risk.
All platform assets are owned by StudiLink. Prohibited actions include disrupting services, sending malware, falsifying identifiers, scraping, reverse engineering, or automated access that we have not authorised.
Interactive sessions may only be used for their intended educational purposes. Commercial use, cryptocurrency mining, and infrastructure disruption are not allowed. Only simulated, non-personal data may be used in those environments unless we expressly permit otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and StudiLink (also referred to in some materials as MindSprint where that entity operates or licences the Services). Using the platform constitutes acceptance.
We give no warranties of reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose - including exam performance. Services may be unavailable from time to time. We are not liable for interruptions. Force majeure events, including natural disasters and events beyond our reasonable control, excuse performance failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudiLink is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our maximum aggregate liability is capped at $50 AUD. You assume full responsibility for risks associated with use of the Services, including injury from any exercises or activities you choose to attempt.
You must defend and compensate StudiLink for claims arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Notices under these Terms may be sent to the email on your account or to abahmark031@gmail.com. Notices to you are effective when sent. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and StudiLink.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
You may not use the Services if you are located in a sanctioned jurisdiction or if doing so would violate applicable export control or sanctions laws.
StudiLink may surface quizzes or other content based on your activity and subjects. Recommendations are informational and do not guarantee exam outcomes.
You agree to try informal resolution first by contacting Support. For users in the United States or Canada, disputes that cannot be resolved informally may proceed in small claims court or through individual binding arbitration. Class actions are not permitted.
Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for qualifying disputes instead of arbitration, provided the claim remains in that court and is brought on an individual basis.
Where arbitration applies, it is individual and binding. Mass arbitrations of 25 or more similar claims follow a structured bellwether process. Arbitration is administered by AAA or an equivalent body. Fees and costs may be awarded for bad-faith claims or tactics.
The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could award. The arbitrator, not a court, decides issues of arbitrability except where the law requires otherwise. Proceedings are confidential except as needed to enforce an award.
If 25 or more similar demands are filed, the parties will select a small number of bellwether cases to proceed first. Remaining cases are stayed until those cases conclude, after which the parties will discuss resolution of the rest. StudiLink may decline to arbitrate remaining cases and those claims may proceed in court on an individual basis where permitted.
Filing and administration fees follow the chosen arbitration provider's rules. A party that brings a claim in bad faith may be ordered to pay the other party's reasonable fees and costs.
You and StudiLink agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis. Class, collective, consolidated, or representative actions are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canberra, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the dispute resolution provisions above, courts with jurisdiction in Canberra, Australia may hear disputes that are not required to go to arbitration.
If you have questions about these Terms, contact us on the Support page or write to abahmark031@gmail.com.
Read them whenever they change. The version posted on this page is the current agreement.
